MD Revolution, Inc., founded in 2011 by two board-certified San Diego physicians, is the first personalized medicine practice to harness genomic and mobile health technologies to individualize the health care delivery process for those with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and other chronic diseases. MD Revolution’s personalized medicine programs also are designed for individuals who want to reduce their risks for developing these and other chronic diseases.
